I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit musty, and the carpet looked a little worn, but the view from my upgraded handicap room was amazing. The service was top-notch, except for a minor hiccup with the front desk staff. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the French Quarter. The dining options were overpriced, but the fresh salads were tasty. Overall, a comfortable stay with some ups and downs.
